"Rocket went out of their way to accommodate our very last-minute urgent request to drive a student from our event a very long distance to get home due to ill health. We couldn't find any other taxi service who would do this at short notice so we were super grateful and impressed at the responsiveness and communication of the driver, keeping us informed of how far away he was and ensuring we could get our student home safely and in good time."
