We were in communication and therefore I knew of the delay, but the flight number was not added into my booking so you did not know when I was due. Plus it was nice to get some fresh air.

"I was originally disappointed with the service as I was told a taxi should arrive in 10-15 minutes after using the link to book a taxi. When I tried to book my taxi, the message came back informing me there were no drivers. I called taxicode and was assisted with my taxi booking (which took 30 minutes to arrive). I expressed my dissatisfaction as I was left to wait in 3 degrees weather and was also going to be late for my meeting. When the taxi arrived I was told that the taxicode advisor had sent him a message to make sure 'he didn't leave me'. I was really happy to hear this as I was made to feel valued by taxicode. I will now use the service again and would be happy to recommend friends too. Thank you to the advisor who took my call, she was great! "
