"Got message car was there. Was directed to Departure area, not arrival area. Had to wait 10 mins for driver to arrive. Came in Range Rover which fit only our checked bags, carryons had to sit on our laps. Only saving grace was that the driver was friendly and kind."

"I was asked 20£ more to be given to the driver because they said the Mercedes V class was not Vito or similar and they provided what was judged convenient for the journey. I’m complaining only for the fact that the change was told slightly before travel-and the money was requested by hand and not through debit card as the booking itself, which lead me to think it was not the correct way to do it. "
